Five on Friday

Happy Friday to you!  We made it through another week which means we are one week closer to Christmas!!!

My mom and sister are coming to visit for a girls’ weekend and we have lots of fun things planned!  Some of them are included in my list of holiday activities I posted yesterday.  Stay tuned for our weekend recap on Monday!  Whatever you are up to, I hope you have a great weekend! 🙂

Here is today’s Friday Five:

ONE | Have you tried the Candy Cane Frappuccino (aka Christmas Crack) from Starbucks yet?  I had my first one this week and it is seriously so good!!  All it is, is a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with Peppermint syrup so even non-coffee drinkers can appreciate this one.

TWO | I mailed out our Christmas cards earlier this week and we have slowly been starting to receive some as well.  Christmas cards are one of my favorite things because I love seeing all of our friends and family’s smiling faces displayed in our home.  This year I ordered our cards from Tiny Prints.  Here is how they turned out:

THREE | Last night Kevin and I went to the Tivoli Theatre in Downers Grove to see Christmas Vacation as part of their Holiday Film Festival.  The Tivoli is an old theatre and movies are only $5!  It was so fun seeing an older movie in the theatre!

FOUR | I received part of my gift in the mail this week from The Great Christmas Exchange I participated in.  I got the cutest little candles from an Etsy shop that smell so yummy!  Thank you, Jenna, for my awesome gift!!

FIVE | I also received my final BFF Box from my friend Kelly in the mail this week.  I love all of my goodies she sent especially the boot cuffs!  So cute!  If you’re looking for a fun thing to do with your friends, I highly suggest starting a BFF Box exchange.  You can check out my post on it here.
