Another week of Whole 30 complete! Only 9 days left! Still feeling great, and not really missing anything except for oatmeal still. I visited my friend Kelly this weekend and had to pass on eating pizza which was tough, but other than that ordering out at restaurants hasn’t been too bad. Here is my meal plan for my final full week of Whole 30:
Breakfast: Green Smoothies with Frozen Mixed Berries, Spinach, Chia Seeds, and Coconut Milk
Snacks: Red Pepper with Wholly Guacamole, Grapes, and Larabars
Lunch: Chicken Sausage with Peppers and Onions, Sweet Potatoes
Dinner:
Sunday 3/15: Chicken Sausage with Peppers and Onions
Monday 3/16: Out to dinner with friends – probably ordering grilled chicken and veggies
Tuesday 3/17: I have small group so will probably make a salad at Whole Foods
Wednesday 3/18: Chicken Fajitas with Peppers and Onions (no tortilla), Avocado, Homemade Salsa
Thursday 3/19: Ground Beef Burgers (no bun) with Caramelized Onions, Avocado, and Sweet Potato Fries
Friday 3/20: Out for dinner
Saturday 3/21: Out for dinner
