Lately I’ve been reading a lot about the health benefits of buying organic meat and produce. Since buying organic can definitely be more costly, it is important to know the most contaminated produce or “the dirty dozen” which are fruits and vegetables you should always buy organic. While you should always buy organic and grass fed meat, you can save money by buying other produce conventional. Here is “the dirty dozen” that should always be purchased organic when possible.
