I hope you have been enjoying these recent travel posts! I’m having fun looking back through old pictures from our trips. Because of the great travel benefits that come with Kevin’s job, we are able to take a lot of little weekend trips whenever we have free time. Most of the time we will look at the flight loads a day before and decide what our best option is so there isn’t a whole lot of planning in advance. Last March we did one of these weekend trips and flew overseas to visit Munich, Germany. We were basically only there for 24 hours so didn’t get to see everything there is, but were able to get a pretty good feel for the city. While it wasn’t my favorite place I’ve ever visited, it was still neat to see part of a different country. Here are some pictures from our trip:
Isar River
Marienplatz
Rathaus-Glockenspiel
Peterskirche (St. Peter’s Church)
Viktualienmarkt
Hofbrahaus
Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady)

Have you visited Munich? What are your favorite places to see?

I love going to Munich and Bavaria. I enjoy walking up and down the streets, going to the Hofbräuhaus, and celebrating Oktoberfest!
That would be so fun to be in Munich for Oktoberfest!
