The “zoodle” craze has been on major trend lately and a few months ago I tried them for the first time myself. There are many different types of sprializers out there it can be hard to know which kind to purchase. After doing a little bit of research I ordered the Premium Vegetable Spiralizer from Amazon.
It is an easy hand held spiralizer that has two different size blades to make thin or thick noodles. I have used mine several times to make zucchini noodle or “zoodles” and have had great results each time.
Excited to try more recipes than just zucchini noodles, I recently received the Inspiralized Cookbook by Ali Maffucci.
This cookbook contains dozens of recipes for not just noodle dishes but also desserts, casseroles, and this delicious recipe for Cucumber, Avocado, and Strawberry Salsa. A perfect summer side dish!
I am also dying to make this version of classic Cacio e Pepe with zoodles.
If you are on board the zoodle train, I definitely recommend ordering this Inspiralized cookbook for yourself.
I received this book from Blogging for Books for this review. All opinions are my own.

I have been wanting to try these zoodles but haven’t because I am not a fan of cooked zucchini – can you really taste the zucchini or does the sauce take that away a little bit?

I like zucchini a lot so it’s hard for me to judge, but for the most part I feel like the zoodles just take on the flavor of whatever sauce you put on them.
